All competitive games need referees. The are split into two categories based on the age of the players:
- Mini Roos (Under 6 to Under 11)
- Junior / Senior (Under 12 and upwards)
Becoming a Mini Roos Referee?
We are looking for Narangba United players to become Miniroos (under 6-11) Referees. If you meet the following criteria, we need you!
- Play in Under 13 or above this season (you need to be available Saturday am)
- Can attend a 2 hour training and testing night
- Can act responsibly on and off the field
- Can attend games punctually when rostered on Saturday mornings
- Will contact the Ref Coordinator several days in advance if unavailable

Becoming a Referee for Junior / Senior Games?
You get to work outdoors, enjoy excellent pay and you get to work with great people you have something in common with - why not give official refereeing a try?!
To be eligible you must be 13 years of age, you must complete the Online Laws of the Game course and have completed the Level 4 Referee course. Adults/parents are especially encouraged to take-up refereeing.
