2025 Spring 5 A-Side Tournament Information and registration

The Narangba Eagles FC Spring 5 A-Side tournament returns again in 2025! This 6-week event promises to be another HUGE competition which is open to everyone. Last year, we reached full capacity so don't delay in registering or you'll miss out!

The tournament will consist of the following teams:

Boys teams
Girls teams
Mixed juniors (in Boys comp if not enough teams for a Mixed comp)
Mens teams
Womens teams
Mixed seniors (in Mens social comp if not enough teams for a Mixed comp)

Here's all you need to know...

Tuesday nights from 5pm: U6 to U15 boys/mixed
Thursday nights from 5pm: U6 to U15 girls
Thursday nights from 6pm: Seniors (competitive and social)

Commencing: Tuesday 7th October and Thursday 9th October 2025.
Five weeks of competition, one week of finals.

FEES: $90 per player (U6 - U15), $100 per player (Senior)
***Play On! Sports vouchers will be accepted for payment of the 2025 5-Aside competition however please note that they are a one-time use voucher and no residual refund can be given. By utilising the voucher for this event you accept that you will be foregoing $110.00 of the voucher value ***

Age groups are based on the age the player turns in 2025. For example, a player turning 10 in 2025 will play in U10.

Teams will be grouped as follows:

U6 and U7
U8 and U9
U10 and U11
U12 and U13
U14 and U15
Senior Competitive
Senior Social

NOTE: All-boys teams, all-girls teams and mixed teams are permitted in each age group.

NOTE: Age groupings may change at the organiser's discretion depending on the number of teams in each age group.

NOTE: Senior Social Comp - this will be a graded competition based on how many current season players you have in your team. We will endeavour to run TWO divisions - one with current season players and one with truly social/novice players.

IMPORTANT: If you are putting together a team, please remember to put your 5 A-Side team name in the preference box. Teams should have between 6-8 players to allow for substitutions/absences. If you don't have a team or a full team, but would like to play with friends, please place up to three friend's names in the preference box when registering.

IMPORTANT: Only paid-up players will be placed into teams! Registrations MUST be paid in full before players are placed into a team.

IMPORTANT: Teams may choose their own team colours, uniforms or outfits. Be creative - you don't want to clash with other teams! Bibs/vests will be provided in the event of a colour clash.

VERY IMPORTANT: 5 A-Side players not registered as an outdoor player with Football Queensland (FQ) for Season 2025, will need to pay an additional fee of $35.00 for insurance purposes. This is payable direct to FQ via the Squadi platform. If you ARE registered with FQ (at any club in QLD) for Season 2025, you DO NOT need to complete this step as you will already be insured.

Registrations close: 28th September 2025.
Fixtures will be released by 4th October 2025.
